Our SEASON runs from February 1 through April 15, and we have specials throughout the year.
Please note that the SEASON weekly/daily rates are in effect for holiday weeks between April and January. Typical of these are Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
Below are the Double Occupancy Rates effective until April 15, 2011. (Price for 2 people)
Parties with extra guests (over 10 years old) will be charged the Extra Person charges.

All of the above rates are subject to an 11.5% tax, except those of more than 6 months.
All rates include utilities: electricity, water and sewer, and cable TV.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Well-mannered pets considered for units 1,2 and 6. $45 pet charge per stay. (two pet maximum).
All of our units are non-smoking units. Please feel free to smoke on the lanai.
A 15% deposit is required for reservation. Please see Confirmation Form.

In order to book one of our cottages, please do the following steps:
1. Figure out the desired time period and the preferred cottage(s) of your stay.
2. Call us at (941) 270-1254 to confirm availability of your unit.
3a. CREDIT CARD: Print out a copy of the Confirmation Form, fill out the required information and either email, fax it, or snail mail it back to us. Please be sure to read the terms and sign the form at the bottom. If time is tight, we will take a reservation over the phone after we review the cancellation policy. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
