Our SILVER season (regular-demand) goes from April 15, 2008 to November 30, 2008 and our GOLD season (high-demand) runs from December 1, 2008 through April 15, 2009. Below you will find the rates for the different cottages for the different seasons.
Please note that the GOLD weekly/daily rates are in effect for holiday weeks between April and November. Typical of these are Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter.
Below are the Double Occupancy Rates effective until April 15, 2009
2009 Season notes: We will adopt a three-month minimum stay for 2009. Prices will be those shown minus a 10% discount.

All of the above rates are subject to an 11% tax, Except those of more than 6 months.
All rates include utilities: electricity, water and sewer, and cable TV.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Well-mannered pets considered for units 1,2 and 6. $45 pet charge per stay. (two pet maximum).
All of our units are non-smoking units. Please feel free to smoke on the lanai.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
A 50% deposit is required for reservation. Please see Confirmation Form. Balance is due 14 days prior to date of stay.
A $100 security deposit will be required at time of reservation. It will be returned within 45 days after your stay is complete.

No refunds given for early check-out.
Payment in U.S. funds by check, cash, or money order only. Check must clear before check-in.
If reservation is made less than two weeks before check-in, payment by money orders or cash only.
In order to book one of our cottages, please do the following steps:
1. Figure out the desired time period and the preferred unit(s) of your stay.
2. Call us at (941) 270-1254 to confirm availability of your unit. You can make a preliminary reservation at that time.
3. Print out a copy of the Confrmation Form, fill out the required areas. Please be sure to read the terms and sign the form at the bottom.
4. Enclose the correct amount in your check to cover 50% of the rental, the $100 security deposit. Make check payable to: Lawrence and Lisa Delaney. Mail the entire Confirmation Package back to us at 780 S. McCall Road, Englewood, FL 34223.
5. If the Confirmation Package is not received within 14 days of your call, the preliminary reservation we be lost, and the cottage will be made available to someone else.
