Our SEASON runs from February 1 through April 20, 2014 and we have specials throughout the year.
Please note that the SEASON weekly/daily rates are in effect for holidays between April and January. Typical of these are Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter.

Parties with extra guests (over 10 years old) will be charged the Extra Person charges.

All of the above rates are subject to a 12% tax, except those of more than 6 months.
All rates include utilities: electricity, water and sewer, and cable TV.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Well-mannered pets considered for units 1,2 and 6. $45 pet charge per stay. (two pet maximum).
All of our units are non-smoking units. Please feel free to smoke on the lanai.
Please Note: Season Minimum Stay Rules:
Before Oct.1: January 1 week minimum, February and March 28 night minimum
After Oct. 1: January, February and March 1 week minimum
After January 1: 2 night minimum, except holidays.
A 15% deposit is required for reservation. Please see Terms.

In order to book one of our cottages, please do the following steps:
1. Figure out the desired time period and the preferred cottage(s) of your stay.
2. Go to the Avail/Booking Page and see if your dates and cottages are available (not-red)
3. Click on the arrival date and enter the number of nights for your stay.
4. Enter all your payment information into the form.
5. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours if all looks good.
